- Role Summary
- In this role, you will support the design, analysis, and validation of electrical systems for aerospace programs. You will apply systems engineering principles, perform modeling and simulation, analyze subsystem interactions, and contribute to design improvements. You will ensure compliance with regulations, support requirements verification and validation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality designs.
- Education & Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry from an accredited institution (ABET preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of related experience, Master’s plus 3+ years, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in electrical power systems and/or control systems.
- Experience with modeling, simulation, and systems engineering processes.
- Flexibility and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and technical challenges.
- Ability to work onsite in Everett, WA, primarily on 1st shift.

- Job Duties & Functions
- Perform electrical subsystem analysis and design improvements for aircraft systems.
- Develop and execute system models and simulations to support design decisions.
- Contribute to requirements development and demonstrate compliance of subsystem designs.
- Support subsystem integration, verification, and validation activities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure system-level performance and reliability.
- Document technical analysis, design recommendations, and simulation results.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving subsystem issues as they arise.
- Provide input for technical publications, reports, and design reviews.
- Physical Requirements & Environment
- 100% onsite work in Everett, WA.
- Primarily first shift, standard office/lab environment.
- Regular and predictable attendance is required.
