- Role Summary
- In this role, you will support the development, verification, and execution of electrical and electronic test methods for aircraft and system components. You will develop detailed test procedures, define instrumentation and configuration requirements, analyze and interpret test data, and document results for internal and customer review. You will also troubleshoot electrical systems, design test hardware and software, and provide training to team members while ensuring compliance with technical, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Education & Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with electrical and electronic technologies.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience using computer-aided design and simulation tools.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and troubleshoot electrical systems.
- Willingness to work onsite in Seattle, WA, with potential overtime opportunities.
- Ability to relocate at own expense if outside the local area.
- Secret security clearance required post-start.

- Preferred Skills
- 3+ years of related engineering experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering with strong electrical/electronic background.
- Experience with wire design and electrical design tools including WCAD and Zuken E3.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience interacting with customers to coordinate testing requirements and schedules.
- Job Duties & Functions
- Support the development and verification of test methods and procedures.
- Develop instrumentation and configuration definitions to minimize risk within test plan constraints.
- Implement solutions for calibration system problems of limited scope and impact.
- Design and verify test hardware, software, and systems to meet test requirements.
- Analyze, process, and format data to customer requirements.
- Review test data, including off-nominal data, for accuracy, quality, and fidelity.
- Prepare and publish test reports documenting results.
- Archive data and reports following organizational standards.
- Train team members on test methods and procedures.
- Work under general direction to ensure test objectives are achieved.
- Physical Requirements & Environment
- 100% onsite work in Seattle, WA.
- Primarily 1st shift, with flexibility for overtime as needed.
- Standard office and lab environment with exposure to electrical/electronic test setups.
- Regular and predictable attendance is required.
