Job Description

The Aircraft Maintenance Training Coach is responsible for facilitating hands-on technical training, on-the-job instruction, and just-in-time training for maintenance personnel. This role provides technical guidance and expertise in troubleshooting training issues, coordinates with management to resolve training-related concerns, implements and monitors creative training solutions, conducts aircraft-specific classroom instruction, and assists with key learning advisor tasks. The coach promotes a culture of learning within network training facilities and ensures training programs effectively enhance team skills, processes, and performance.

    • Education & Job Requirements
    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
    • A&P License.
    • A minimum of 5–8 years of corporate aviation work experience or equivalent substantiated experience.
    • Experience with Bombardier corporate aviation product lines.
    • Authorized to work in the United States.

    • Apply new and creative methods to improve the products, processes, tools, and services of the team.
    • Physical Requirements & Environment
    • Work may involve standing, walking, and demonstrating tasks during hands-on training.
    • Ability to operate within hangar and training environments, with exposure to aircraft and associated equipment.
