Aircraft Maintenance Training Coach

Job Description

Provide technical training and coaching for aircraft maintenance personnel through classroom instruction, hands-on training, and on-the-job learning. Support the development of technical skills by coordinating training activities, assessing competencies, and implementing effective learning solutions.

• Education & Job Requirements
• 5-8 years of experience in corporate aviation maintenance or equivalent experience
• Valid A&P License or the company’s Repairman's Certificate
• Experience supporting the company’s corporate aviation product line
• Hands-on experience working on Bombardier Global aircraft
• Demonstrated ability to perform Knowledge Skill Assessments
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals

• Job Duties & Functions
• Facilitate hands-on technical training for aircraft maintenance personnel
• Conduct on-the-job and just-in-time training activities
• Assist with establishing a culture of continuous learning throughout the training network
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for training-related issues
• Perform Knowledge Skill Assessments to evaluate employee proficiency
• Coordinate with management to resolve site-specific training concerns
• Deliver aircraft-specific classroom instruction
• Implement innovative training methods to improve products, processes, tools, and services
• Monitor training solutions to ensure effective resolution of identified issues
• Support Learning Advisor responsibilities as needed
