- Role Summary
- In this role, you will ensure all airworthiness and quality requirements are performed and documented for the maintenance, preventative maintenance, repair, and alteration of aircraft, engines, and components for which the Repair Station is rated. You will conduct inspections, weigh aircraft and components, coordinate maintenance tasks in compliance with computer tracking programs, and ensure regulatory and customer paperwork is accurate and complete. You will also train, coach, and mentor employees and provide data to customers as required.
- Education & Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification.
- A minimum of 3 years of recent aircraft maintenance experience or substantiated equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of recent corporate/commercial jet experience.
- Ownership of a basic set of hand tools with the ability to demonstrate inventory and control.
- Ability to use a variety of measuring and hand tools to interpret and operate test equipment.
- Ability to interpret and process foreign and domestic regulatory documents, actions, and requirements.
- Working knowledge of FAA Regulations, CAA, RSM/QCM, Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, TCDS, and other applicable requirements.
- Working knowledge of return-to-service procedures.
- Ability to train, coach, and mentor employees in areas of qualification.

- Ability to research technical data, drawings, and engineering orders.
- Job Duties & Functions
- Adhere to general work requirements in coordination with Quality leadership.
- Conduct weighing procedures following manufacturer-recommended practices.
- Obtain and document associated aircraft documentation upon arrival.
- Coordinate inspection activities using computer tracking maintenance programs (e.g., CAMPS, AVTRAC).
- Perform inspections of aircraft, engines, parts, and components using precision tools and equipment in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Inspect all new, repaired, and rebuilt parts/components for evidence of physical damage, count, and conformity.
- Ensure all work packages, maintenance records, and customer or regulatory paperwork are complete and approved.
- Research aircraft drawings and technical data (e.g., REO, ENICO, EO, DCN).
- Perform walk-around inspections of aircraft for release from maintenance.
- Execute the return-to-service process and ensure aircraft meets all airworthiness requirements.
- Provide maintenance and technical data to customers as requested.
- Physical Requirements & Environment
- Ability to lift, move, and handle aircraft components and tools.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and head/neck movement.
- Ability to work in confined spaces and on elevated platforms.
- Exposure to aircraft exhaust, engine noise, lubricants, and metals.
- Willingness to work variable shifts, overtime, and weekends as required.
