Job Description
The Talent Acquisitions Advisor supports full lifecycle recruiting activities across manufacturing, engineering, and corporate functions while partnering closely with hiring managers, HR leaders, and executive stakeholders. The Talent Acquisition Advisor manages high-volume and specialized requisitions, develops proactive sourcing strategies, and delivers an exceptional candidate experience with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion. This position is hybrid, requires regular onsite presence, and offers the potential to convert to a permanent role for the right candidate.

- Education & Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years of corporate or full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience managing multiple open positions across different teams and departments.
- Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools.
- Strong experience conducting candidate sourcing through networking, internet research, database searches, and social media platforms.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

- Experience recruiting within the aerospace or manufacturing industries.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems such as SuccessFactors or Taleo.
- Experience with SAP HR systems.
- Experience coordinating or participating in recruiting events.
- Experience recruiting with a focus on Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
- Job Duties & Functions
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers, HR teams, and leadership to identify current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source passive candidates through networking, online platforms, referrals, and recruiting databases.
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to support recruiting strategies.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for critical roles.
- Collaborate with recruiting teams and external search partners when required.
- Promote employer branding and organizational values through candidate engagement and recruiting channels.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes and strategies.
