Job Description
The Retail Sales Specialist is responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory and stockroom organization, processing POS transactions and returns, and supporting sales goals and special events. This role involves coordinating freight and inter-store transfers, preparing store orders, executing floor sets, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. The Retail Sales Specialist must be self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of sales or customer service experience.
- Strong knowledge of common business applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- U.S. person status for export compliance purposes.

- Job Duties & Functions
- Open and close the store according to schedule.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Respond to customer and stakeholder communications.
- Process POS purchases and handle merchandise returns.
- Process freight and inter-store transfers, including markdowns.
- Maintain an organized stockroom and prepare store inventory.
- Prepare and process customer store orders.
- Implement floor sets and visual merchandising standards.
- Assist with specialized sales events as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Physical Requirements & Environment
- Ability to safely lift boxes up to 35 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and move for extended periods with short rest breaks.
- Work is 100% onsite in a retail store environment.
