• Education & Job Requirements
• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
• A minimum of proven experience in the design, integration, and testing of SIGINT systems.
• Strong understanding of sensor technologies, data acquisition, and data processing techniques.
• Knowledge of communication systems and data transmission protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience with software tools for simulation and modeling of sensor systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Must be a U.S. Person for purposes of export compliance.
• Must be able to work onsite in El Segundo, CA.
• Relocation required at the candidate’s own expense.

• Job Duties & Functions
• Lead the design and development of SIGINT systems, ensuring compliance with mission requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sensor and data processing systems.
• Conduct performance analysis and environmental testing of systems, including data validation.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to design, testing, and operational procedures.
• Stay current with advancements in SIGINT systems and recommend improvements.
• Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and management activities.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.

• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
• Domestic travel is possible.
