    • Role Summary
    • In this role, you will support executive aircraft production programs by leading manufacturing engineering build planning, integration, and execution activities to ensure producibility, quality, and schedule alignment across cross-functional teams.
    • Education & Job Requirements
    • You must have
    • A Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience reading and understanding engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting the development of engineering technical data packages required to produce aircraft parts and components.
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience utilizing professional and technical writing skills while collaborating to resolve technical issues.
    • Ability to work onsite full-time in San Antonio, Texas.
    • Ability to work primarily first shift with availability to support second shift as needed.
    • Ability to meet PL1 program access requirements, including third-party background screening.
    • Eligibility to meet U.S. export compliance requirements.
    • Preferred Skills
    • You will have
    • A minimum of 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • An electrical background, including wire installation experience.
    • Build integration experience.
    • Experience with IVT.
    • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Experience with CATIA.
    • Experience with GoldEsp.
    • Job Duties & Functions
    • You will be able
    • Create and refine aircraft zonal build plans, mitigating risks and developing sequenced execution plans.
    • Lead committed change and design change build implementation activities by assessing impacts and enabling producibility solutions.
    • Provide consultation and advisement through active stakeholder engagement on build plan development.
    • Drive innovation and continuous improvement through data analytics.
    • Serve as an integrator for overall aircraft condition, bridging design, build plans, and production execution.
    • Support loadable software configuration management activities.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners.
    • Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.
    • Execute build integration processes and achieve build plan milestones.
    • Champion build integration processes across functional organizations.
    • Lead collaboration and integration across affected commodities.
    • Enhance build integration through lessons learned and after-action review meetings.
    • Attend technical design review meetings and provide build impact assessments and recommendations.
    • Compile impact assessment inputs from commodity manufacturing engineers.
    • Support additional platforms as required.

    • Walk on aircraft surfaces during production activities.
    • Crouch and maneuver within aircraft workspaces.
