Job Description
Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft. Support aircraft return-to-service activities while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. Work directly with customers to identify maintenance solutions and provide aircraft status updates. Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and corrective actions in accordance with approved technical data.

- Education & Job Requirements
- Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required.
- A minimum of 2 years of aircraft maintenance experience on fixed-wing, rotary, or military aircraft.
- If a TN Visa holder, a minimum of 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience on fixed wing, rotary, or military aircraft.
- Ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal.
- Basic PC skills.
- Ability to obtain appropriate Ground Support Equipment Qualifications as required.
- Ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge if applicable.
- Ability to work unscheduled overtime, including non-scheduled work days and holidays.
- Ability to work in seasonal or inclement weather conditions.
- Must own a basic set of hand tools with the ability to demonstrate inventory and control.
- Preferred Skills
- Business aircraft experience.
- Experience working directly with customers in a service environment.

- Troubleshoot aircraft systems and components.
- Perform inspections and maintenance in accordance with approved technical data.
- Repair and modify aircraft structures and systems.
- Document maintenance actions accurately and completely.
- Communicate aircraft status updates to customers and internal teams.
- Support ground support equipment qualification requirements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company procedures.

- Work performed in hangar and outdoor environments.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to work extended hours as required.
- Standing, bending, lifting, and climbing as required for aircraft maintenance tasks.
