• Role Summary
• In this role, you will perform structural analysis for Boeing Commercial Airplanes, ensuring airframe designs meet strength, durability, and damage tolerance requirements. You will work with metallic and/or composite structures across various aircraft components, including fuselage, wings, empennage, propulsion structures, systems, interiors, and seats.

• Education & Job Requirements
• You must have
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Aeronautical, Civil, or Structural Engineering.
• A minimum of 8 years of related work experience in aircraft stress analysis.

• Preferred Skills
• You will have
• Experience with structural analysis methods for metallic and composite structures.
• Familiarity with finite element modeling and simulations.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple engineering teams and document certification and test results.

• Job Duties & Functions
• You will be able
• Support product design and verify structural integrity using analytical methods and finite element models.
• Coordinate with other engineering groups to define structural requirements and environmental conditions.
• Document certification and test results to demonstrate compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Work under minimal supervision while supporting a variety of structural commodities.

• Physical Requirements
• Able to
• Perform office-based engineering work in Everett or Renton, WA.
• Adapt to overtime requirements of approximately 10 hours per week if needed.
