- Role Summary
- In this role, you will perform structural analysis for Boeing Commercial Airplanes, ensuring airframe designs meet strength, durability, and damage tolerance requirements. You will work with metallic and/or composite structures across various aircraft components, including fuselage, wings, empennage, propulsion structures, systems, interiors, and seats.
- Education & Job Requirements
- You must have
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Aeronautical, Civil, or Structural Engineering.
- A minimum of 8 years of related work experience in aircraft stress analysis.
- Preferred Skills
- You will have
- Experience with structural analysis methods for metallic and composite structures.
- Familiarity with finite element modeling and simulations.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple engineering teams and document certification and test results.
- Job Duties & Functions
- You will be able
- Support product design and verify structural integrity using analytical methods and finite element models.
- Coordinate with other engineering groups to define structural requirements and environmental conditions.
- Document certification and test results to demonstrate compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Work under minimal supervision while supporting a variety of structural commodities.

- Able to
- Perform office-based engineering work in Everett or Renton, WA.
- Adapt to overtime requirements of approximately 10 hours per week if needed.
