    • Role Summary
    • In this role, you will support final assembly operations by coordinating production parts, materials, and inventory to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing flow. You will monitor work-in-process, communicate material status, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production schedules for a commercial aircraft program in a high-paced manufacturing environment.
    • Education & Job Requirements
    • You must have
    • A High School Diploma or GED.
    • A minimum of 1 year of experience supporting manufacturing, warehousing, retail, or production environments involving non-production materials, tools, or shop supplies.
    • The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 pounds on a regular basis.
    • The ability to walk, stand, climb and descend stairs, bend, and lift items frequently throughout the shift.
    • The ability to operate a forklift or obtain a forklift license.
    • The ability to work variable shifts, including first, second, or third shift, based on business needs.
    • The ability to work overtime as required.
    • The ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, and internal customers.
    • The ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance.
    • The ability to successfully complete required on-the-job or classroom training as a condition of assignment.
    • Preferred Skills
    • You will have
    • A minimum of 1 year of experience working with the ERPLN application.
    • A minimum of 1 year of experience working with the Order Manager application.
    • A minimum of 1 year of experience working with Shipside Action Tracker (SAT).
    • A minimum of 1 year of experience working with the Enablon application.
    • Job Duties & Functions
    • You will be able
    • Process and move production parts and materials into and out of storage, production, and other locations in accordance with standard work instructions.
    • Monitor and analyze work-in-process to support production flow.
    • Communicate parts and material status using automated systems and manual reporting methods to ensure availability.
    • Identify and resolve discrepancies involving parts and materials using established procedures.
    • Coordinate with multiple functions to prioritize, expedite, and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays.
    • Work under general supervision while supporting variable-shift production operations.
    • Physical Requirements
    • Able to
    • Operate a forklift as required.
    • Lift up to 35 pounds regularly.
    • Stand and walk throughout the workday, including occasional stair climbing.
