Job Description
Work in a high-paced environment where attention to safety and quality is critical. Assist with the processing and movement of production and other materials into and out of storage, production, and other locations to support the flow of production following standard work instructions. Monitor work in process, post updates to automated systems to ensure parts availability, and identify problems or discrepancies with parts and materials. Coordinate with team members to expedite and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays. Maintain good attention to detail, compliance with standards, teamwork, and excellent customer service.

- Education & Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs regularly.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of computer usage.
- Knowledge of forklift operations and inventory control practices.
- Knowledge of materials handling, materials management, and parts inventory.
- Understanding of quality mindset and safety practices.
- Job Duties & Functions
- Process and move production and other materials into and out of storage, production, and other locations to support the flow of production following standard work instructions.
- Monitor work in process and communicate the status of parts and materials using automated systems and manual reporting methods.
- Identify and resolve problems or discrepancies with parts and materials using established procedures.
- Coordinate with various functions to set priorities, expedite, and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays.
- Work under general supervision and support the team as needed.
- Physical Requirements & Environment
- Ability to operate a forklift, lift up to 35 lbs, and stand or walk regularly throughout the day.
- Ability to climb occasional stairs.
- Variable shift work (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift).
- Regular and predictable attendance is required.
- Successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment.
