Job Description
This position is responsible for performing heavy maintenance inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting on regional jet aircraft in accordance with regulatory and safety standards. The role supports C-check maintenance activities and requires strong mechanical and electrical skills, technical documentation proficiency, and the flexibility to work extended shifts in an MRO environment.

- Education & Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as an Aircraft Technician, including MRO, heavy maintenance, or CRJ airframe experience.
- Military aircraft maintenance experience, including Depot, Isochronal, or Phase inspections, if formerly in the military.
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant license or FAA Airframe license.
- A personal set of tools.
- The ability to effectively communicate aircraft maintenance actions in English, both verbally and in writing.
- The ability to work 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

- Preferred Skills

- Job Duties & Functions
- Heavy maintenance, including C-checks, on various regional jet airframes.
- Compliance with environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
- All assigned tasks in a safe and timely manner.
- Inspection and repair of aircraft in accordance with FAA or other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Maintenance blueprints, manuals, and technical documentation to support troubleshooting and repairs.
- General mechanical and electrical maintenance and complex repairs on aircraft structures and systems.
- Troubleshooting, installations, removals, and inspections on aircraft systems and components.
- Completion of tasks within allotted time frames while meeting regulatory and company standards.
- Ground support equipment operation as required.
