    • Role Summary
    • The Production/Inventory Coordinator supports manufacturing operations by processing, moving, and monitoring materials to ensure uninterrupted production flow. This role works onsite under close supervision, coordinates with multiple functions to prevent schedule delays, and relies on both automated systems and manual reporting to maintain parts availability. Successful completion of required training is a contingency for the assignment.
    • Education & Job Requirements
    • You must have
    • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
    • A minimum of 1 year of experience supporting manufacturing for non-production materials, tools, and shop supplies.
    • Hand tool experience, especially with CribMaster.
    • A minimum of 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Office applications.
    • Forklift experience or the ability to obtain a forklift license.
    • Preferred Skills
    • You will have
    • Experience in supply chain, inventory control, manufacturing, or quality.
    • Experience working in Velocity, KITS, CribMaster, Shipside Action Tracker, or BESSy systems.
    • Experience using lean manufacturing principles.
    • Job Duties & Functions
    • You will be able
    • Process and move production and other materials into and out of storage, production, and other locations following standard work instructions.
    • Monitor work in process to support production flow.
    • Communicate the status of parts and materials using automated systems and manual reporting methods to ensure parts availability.
    • Identify and solve problems or discrepancies of limited scope with parts and materials using established procedures.
    • Coordinate with various functions to set priorities, expedite tasks, and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays.
    • Work under general supervision while supporting daily operational needs.
    • Physical Requirements
    • Able to
    • Lift up to 35 pounds.
    • Push and pull items up to 35 pounds frequently during an 8-hour shift.
    • Stand and walk regularly throughout the day, including occasional use of stairs.
    • Bend, lift, package materials, unload materials from containers, and push a cart as required.
