Job Description

Perform component-level maintenance, repair, and overhaul on aircraft electrical and mechanical components, including actuators, motors, pumps, valves, and related systems. Troubleshoot and repair electrical hydraulic actuators, rotary electric motors, and linear electric motors to ensure proper function and compliance with regulatory standards. Work in a component shop environment supporting overhaul and restoration operations. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety, quality, and company procedures throughout all repair processes.

    • Education & Job Requirements
    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
    • Minimum of 3+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical hydraulic actuators.
    • Extensive experience working on rotary and linear electric motors.
    • Component-level electrical troubleshooting and repair experience required.
    • This is not an avionics troubleshooting or installation position.
    • Job Duties & Functions
    • Perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul on aircraft components, including fans, gearboxes, valves, lights, water heaters, fuel valves, fuel boost pumps, hydraulic pumps, linear actuators, and rotary actuators.
    • Troubleshoot electrical and electro-mechanical component failures using appropriate test equipment.
    • Disassemble, inspect, repair, reassemble, and test components to ensure airworthiness and functionality.
    • Document all maintenance actions in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
    • Comply with environmental, health, safety, and quality standards.
    • Physical Requirements & Environment
    • Ability to work in a shop environment supporting component overhaul operations.
    • Frequent standing, bending, and handling of mechanical and electrical components.
    • Ability to lift and maneuver parts and assemblies as required.
