    • Role Summary
    • The Structures Technician, Evening Shift, performs structural troubleshooting, repair, inspection, and maintenance on customer aircraft. This role supports structural modifications, composite repairs, and component installations, and assists with complex structural work while ensuring compliance with approved manuals, regulations, and safety standards.
    • Education & Job Requirements
    • You must have
    • Training from a sheet metal aircraft technical school or equivalent schooling.
    • At least 3 years of aircraft structural sheet metal repair and modification experience.
    • The ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings.
    • The ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal form regarding individual or aircraft status.
    • Ownership of a basic set of hand tools with the ability to demonstrate proper inventory and control.
    • The ability to obtain appropriate Ground Support Equipment qualifications as required.
    • The ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area badge, if applicable.
    • Basic PC skills.

    • You will have
    • Experience performing structural repairs on composite components.
    • Experience assisting with complex structural repairs on or off aircraft.
    • Experience supporting aircraft component repair and installation activities.
    • Experience working collaboratively across multiple maintenance disciplines.
    • Job Duties & Functions
    • You will be able
    • Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft.
    • Fabricate and modify aircraft structural components as required.
    • Perform minor structural repairs on composite components, whether attached or detached.
    • Assist in conducting hidden damage inspections of aircraft structures.
    • Assist with complex structural repairs on or off aircraft.
    • Assist with aircraft component repairs.
    • Remove and install aircraft components as required.
    • Perform and document work in accordance with approved manuals and regulatory requirements.
    • Operate ground support equipment as required.
    • Assist with mechanical and electrical removals and installations as needed.
    • Assist with maintenance activities at off-site locations as required.
    • Assist with towing aircraft as needed.
    • Support other maintenance disciplines as required.
    • Comply with environmental health and safety policies and procedures.
    • Participate in 5S activities.
    • Perform all work in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.
    • Adhere to general work requirements for factory, shop, and hangar positions.
    • Physical Requirements
    • Able to
    • Work unscheduled overtime, including non-scheduled workdays and holidays.
    • Work outdoors in seasonal and inclement weather conditions.
