• Role Summary
• In this role, you will be responsible for assembling metal structure components with precision and efficiency. You will work from blueprints and production orders while operating hand and power tools in a hands-on manufacturing environment. Regular and predictable attendance is required, and a strong commitment to quality and safety is essential.

• Education & Job Requirements
• You must have
• Education and experience are typically acquired through basic education, such as a High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.

• Preferred Skills
• You will have
• A minimum of 1 year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 3 months of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing environments.
• Experience working with safety, quality, and manufacturing performance data.
• Experience with Lean Principles, including Continuous Improvement, Standard Work, and 5S tools.

• Job Duties & Functions
• You will be able
• Perform composite lay-up, fabrication, and assembly tasks.
• Assemble precision mechanical and electro-mechanical components.
• Assemble and install wire harnesses and avionics products.
• Perform basic organic chemical conversion and paint preparation.
• Apply routine organic coatings for corrosion protection and appearance requirements.
• Work on articles of moderate complexity using established drawings and requirements.

• Physical Requirements
• Able to
• Perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling, and lifting.
• Lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
