    • Role Summary
    • In this role, you will coordinate and manage maintenance tool services, shop supplies, and non-production materials to support aerospace manufacturing and maintenance operations. You will assess requirements, resolve issues with support organizations, oversee procurement processes, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with procedures and contractual specifications. You will collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to optimize resource utilization, support emergent requests, and maintain accurate documentation.
    • Education & Job Requirements
    • Must have
    • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience managing test assets and/or calibrated equipment.
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience managing Foreign Object Debris (FOD) risk.
    • Experience using computer-based inventory management systems.
    • The ability to work variable shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
    • The ability to work 100% onsite at Malmstrom AFB, Montana.
    • Successful completion of required on-the-job or formal classroom training.
    • U.S. Person for purposes of Export Compliance.
    • Preferred Skills
    • You will have
    • Knowledge and use of Air Force Logistics Supply Systems, publications, and DoD inventory management procedures.
    • Knowledge of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), Government Furnished Property (GFP), and government inventory audit practices.
    • Experience with GOLD / GOLDesp Inventory Management System.
    • Experience supporting flight line maintenance according to Ground Operating Procedures (GOPs) and DCMA 8210.1C.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
    • Strong organizational skills to structure and resolve complex issues.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office for digital inventory, tool checkout, and maintenance data entry.
    • Job Duties & Functions
    • You will
    • Assess maintenance requirements and verify customer requests for non-production materials, tools, and shop supplies.
    • Coordinate with support organizations to resolve maintenance issues and mitigate potential impacts to budget and schedules.
    • Investigate changes in maintenance requirements and recommend solutions to meet process and emergent requests.
    • Analyze, procure, and oversee procurement processes for maintenance tool services, products, and services.
    • Review inventory stock usage to ensure cost-effective resource utilization using inventory management systems and processes.
    • Satisfy requirements for non-production materials, portable and perishable tools, and shop supplies in support of maintenance.
    • Analyze products using industry specifications, procedures, engineering product definitions, and maintenance processes.
    • Facilitate acquisition of commodities authorized by maintenance using procurement systems and processes.
    • Review on-hand inventory and coordinate re-distribution.
    • Participate in planning for the removal of obsolete inventory.
    • Prepare required reports to support organizational and contractual requirements.
    • Work under limited supervision while ensuring compliance with all procedures and safety standards.
