- Role Summary
- In this role, you will support aviation safety and airworthiness activities by assisting engineers and cross-functional teams with Continued Operational Safety Program processes. You will collect, organize, analyze, and document technical data while supporting the flow of safety-critical information across internal and external stakeholders. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, facilitating technical communication, and supporting aviation safety compliance efforts.
- Education & Job Requirements
- Must have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office applications to support business or technical work.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience using data tools such as Microsoft Access to support data entry, data organization, and report generation.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data.
- The ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- The ability to work 100% onsite in Seal Beach, California.
- The ability to relocate at personal expense if currently residing out of state.
- U.S. Person status for purposes of export compliance.

- Job Duties & Functions
- You will:
- Support engineers and technical and non-technical staff with tasks related to the Continued Operational Safety Program process.
- Develop, gather, and document basic technical data related to company products.
- Process technical information received from aircraft operators, maintainers, and other external sources.
- Capture critical safety and technical information and accurately enter and maintain data within multiple databases and internal servers.
- Organize technical data, prepare meeting agendas, and facilitate meetings where technical information is exchanged.
- Create and distribute recurring reports according to established schedules.
- Communicate critical information to internal and external customers in accordance with defined requirements.
