- Role Summary
- In this role, you will support maintenance operations by performing high-quality repair, inspection, and troubleshooting tasks that ensure aircraft are maintained to operational and safety standards. You will contribute to efficient workflow, accurate documentation, and consistent compliance with all regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Education & Job Requirements
- You must have
- A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of related work experience, a Master’s degree and a minimum of 1 year of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote, and Teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- The ability to support documentation management and records practices in accordance with organizational standards.

- Experience in recruitment processes and candidate tracking.
- Familiarity with SharePoint.
- The ability to apply project management best practices and tools.
- The ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Experience with data analysis and data tracking to provide summary updates and status reporting.
- Job Duties & Functions
- You will be able
- Partner with hiring managers and talent acquisition teams to support resume reviews, candidate tracking, interview coordination, and staffing documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of staffing activities, candidate progress, and hiring documentation for the engineering organization.
- Support onboarding workflows and ensure new-hire documentation remains up to date and properly stored.
- Assist with documentation management and Records & Information Management practices, including maintaining organized shared drives, SharePoint sites, and onboarding materials.
- Track metrics, build reports, and present status updates to stakeholders in clear and usable formats.
- Identify workflow gaps, propose process improvements, and support continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Support the organization by updating Engineering procedures, onboarding materials, and skill frameworks as needed.
