    • Role Summary
    • Your role is to perform hardware and software verification testing on space systems and subsystems for the Company. You will support the configuration of test equipment, troubleshoot test anomalies, conduct data analysis, and perform detailed test procedures under general direction. You will be required to work on-site and support variable shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet program objectives.
    • Education & Job Requirements
    • You must have
    • A Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
    • A minimum of three years of experience working with specialized test equipment and instrumentation using electrical engineering test methodologies.
    • A minimum of three years of experience performing automated tests and troubleshooting electronics equipment, hardware, and software.

    • Regular and predictable attendance.
    • The ability to work variable shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
    • The ability to work onsite in El Segundo, California.
    • Preferred Skills
    • You will have
    • A minimum of five years of experience working in a lab or production environment.
    • A minimum of five years of experience with test instrumentation and test methods.
    • Job Duties & Functions
    • You will be able
    • Support the development and verification of test methods.
    • Perform detailed test procedures and define instrumentation and configuration needed to perform tests and minimize risk within the constraints of the test plan.
    • Develop solutions to calibration systems problems of limited scope and impact.
    • Design test hardware, software, and systems to achieve test requirements.
    • Analyze, process, and format data according to customer requirements.
    • Review test data, including off-nominal data, for accuracy, quality, and fidelity prior to delivery to the customer.
    • Prepare and publish test reports to document results and satisfy requirements.
    • Present test results internally.
    • Archive data and reports.
    • Work under general direction from test leads.
    • Physical Requirements
    • Able to
    • Sit and stand for long periods throughout the duration of the shift.
    • Crouch and maneuver through tight production environments.
    • Maintain mobility suitable for working in a production environment with specialized test equipment and flight hardware.
