• Role Summary
• Your role is to support the Company’s Spares & Supply Chain Engineering team by manufacturing Protective Removable Equipment (PRE), paint stencils, and paint pre-mask for multiple commercial programs. You will use designated software and equipment to produce high-quality components, support internal customers, and ensure the timely processing and delivery of manufactured materials.

• Education & Job Requirements
• Must have
• A High School diploma or higher.
• The ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and project managers.
• The ability to support the manufacturing of paint stencils, PRE, premask, and related materials.
• The ability to correctly identify materials for specific jobs and meet production quality standards.
• The ability to team lift up to forty-five pounds when loading materials into machines.
• The ability to work first shift and maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• The ability to meet U.S. Export Compliance requirements.

• Preferred Skills
• You will have
• Experience in manufacturing paint premask, stencils, and Protective Removable Equipment.
• Experience in manufacturing three-dimensional parts using 3D printers.
• Experience utilizing Summa and Kongsberg plotters and drum cutters.
• Experience working with software such as CorelDraw, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, Summa applications, and CATIA V5.

• Job Duties & Functions
• You will
• Communicate with customers, team members, and project managers to ensure alignment with production requirements.
• Manufacture aircraft paint stencils, PRE, premask, and three-dimensional PRE components.
• Perform quality inspections on premask, stencils, and mylars.
• Package manufactured parts for shipment to customers.
• Create and produce aircraft temporary registration numbers using latex printing methods.
• Identify required materials accurately for each job.
• Perform inventory tasks to support just-in-time ordering.
• Operate flatbed plotters, drum cutters, and three-dimensional printers.
• Work onsite daily at the Company’s Long Beach facility.

• Physical Requirements
• Team lifting up to forty-five pounds when loading rolls of material into machines.
