- Role Summary
- The Company is seeking a Production/Inventory Coordinator to support material movement, inventory accuracy, and production flow at its North Charleston facility. This position processes and transports materials, monitors work in process, communicates parts status, and resolves discrepancies using established procedures. The role requires working onsite on a second-shift alternating workweek schedule and completing all required training.
- Education & Job Requirements
- Must have
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- A minimum of one year of related production, inventory, warehouse, or materials handling experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience such as vocational school or Associate-level training.
- The ability to operate a forklift, lift 35 pounds, and regularly stand and walk throughout the shift, including occasional stairs.
- The ability to monitor work in process and use automated systems to document and track materials.
- The ability to identify and resolve basic discrepancies in parts or materials.

- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards.
- The ability to provide excellent customer service while supporting production operations.
- The ability to work effectively with team members to prioritize, expedite, and complete tasks to avoid schedule delays.

- Job Duties & Functions
- You will
- Process and move production materials and other items into and out of storage, production areas, and designated locations to support workflow.
- Monitor work in process and update automated systems to ensure availability of required parts and materials.
- Communicate material status using both automated tools and manual reporting methods.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies with parts or materials using established procedures.
- Coordinate with internal groups to set priorities and complete production activities in a timely manner.
- Assist in maintaining materials flow, preventing schedule delays, and supporting production demands.
- Work in a high-paced environment with consistent attention to safety and quality.
- Operate forklifts and other approved equipment as required for material movement.
- Physical Requirements
- You will
- Have the ability to operate a forklift.
- Have the ability to lift 35 pounds.
- Have the ability to stand and walk regularly throughout the shift, including climbing occasional stairs.
