    • Role Summary
    • You will perform composite lay-up, fabrication, assembly, and machine-operation tasks in a production environment while working from established drawings, detailed work instructions, and engineering requirements to fabricate composite components of moderate complexity.
    • Education & Job Requirements
    • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
    • Must have composite fabrication experience in a production, aerospace, or manufacturing environment.
    • Must have experience performing machine operations, including set-up and run functions.
    • Must have the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and detailed work instructions.
    • Must have the ability to perform composite lay-up, drilling, bonding, forming, and bagging tasks.
    • Must have the ability to lift 35 lbs and remain standing for extended periods of time.
    • Must have the ability to complete required training, including one week of classroom instruction, as a condition of assignment.
    • Must be willing to relocate at own expense if applying from out of state.
    • Preferred Skills
    • You should have experience operating an overhead crane.
    • You should have experience preparing and maintaining composite tooling.
    • You should have experience bonding composite assemblies.
    • You should have experience working in a fast-paced production or fabrication environment.
    • Job Duties / Functions
    • You will perform composite lay-up, assembly, and fabrication tasks using established processes and engineering documentation.
    • You will prepare materials, tools, and work areas in accordance with production specifications.
    • You will perform composite bagging, forming, and curing operations.
    • You will drill, bond, and finish composite parts to meet dimensional and quality requirements.
    • You will set up and operate fabrication machines and equipment as assigned.
    • You will operate an overhead crane to move materials and tooling (if qualified).
    • You will follow detailed work instructions and engineering drawings with precision and accuracy.
    • You will maintain safety, quality, and housekeeping standards throughout all work performed.
    • You will participate in a team-oriented production environment and support continuous improvement initiatives.
    • You will perform other job-related duties as assigned.
