Job Description

The Product Repair-Mod Tech A performs repair, modification, and assembly of aerospace mechanical components, supporting troubleshooting, disassembly, testing, and fabrication of system components. Working under supervision, this role ensures tasks are completed in accordance with specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements while assisting with the correction of failures and implementation of changes on aerospace vehicles.

• Education & Job Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior experience in aerospace, mechanical, or related technical fields.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English to complete training and certifications, including torque, safety practices, mixing, and sealant.

• Preferred Skills
• Experience in troubleshooting pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with basic aerospace vehicle handling, including jacking, towing, and system operations.
• Prior exposure to assembly or modification of AH-64 mechanical components.

• Job Duties & Functions
• Assist with the disassembly of system components to support the correction of failures or implementation of changes.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults.
• Perform validation and verification testing of systems and components.
• Fabricate and modify aerospace products according to specifications.
• Assist with tasks related to the safe handling of aerospace vehicles.
• Repair, modify, and assemble mechanical components on aerospace vehicles.
• Follow all work instructions and comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Complete training requirements, including on-the-job and classroom instruction, to maintain proficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Physical Requirements & Environment
• Ability to lift 35 lbs and remain standing for extended periods.
• Ability to relocate if out of state.
