    • Role Summary
    • In this role, you will support manufacturing operations by transforming released engineering into actionable production planning. You will be responsible for developing work instructions, identifying tooling requirements, analyzing engineering changes, and ensuring accurate and efficient build processes within the facility. You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure production accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational procedures and standards.
    • Education & Job Requirements
    • Must have the ability to interrogate, interpret, and analyze blueprints and digital product definitions (including CAD and GD&T).
    • Must have skilled proficiency with ERP and planning software systems; experience with 3DX (Dassault), PEO (SAP), or SAP is preferred.
    • Must have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling methodologies, and aircraft assembly.
    • Must have 3–5 years of experience in production or manufacturing planning.
    • Must have an undergraduate degree in a related discipline (highly preferred).
    • Must have knowledge of material consumption, BOM alignment, and production order workflows.
    • Must have strong communication skills and the ability to support cross-functional manufacturing teams.
    • Preferred Skills
    • You will have experience supporting MRB activity or production troubleshooting.
    • You will have experience with tooling evaluations or tooling requirement assessments.
    • You will have experience in coordinating engineering changes within a manufacturing environment.
    • Job Duties / Functions
    • You will be incorporating engineering changes using organizational systems, policies, and processes while coordinating effectively with production and planning teams.
    • You will be utilizing CAD systems to evaluate tooling needs and participate in tooling design and review activities.
    • You will be providing timely support to the production floor to ensure accuracy and minimal disruption to released orders.
    • You will be reconciling engineering bills of material with manufacturing BOMs to ensure accurate consumption and error resolution.
    • You will be collaborating with manufacturing and industrial engineering teams to maintain efficient and repeatable build sequences.
    • You will be demonstrating a general understanding of assembly processes and tooling index requirements.
    • You will be offering responsive liaison support to manufacturing operations as needed.
    • You will be performing problem-solving related to redline support, root-cause corrective action, tooling needs, and process improvements.
