    • Role Summary
    • In this role, you will perform all facets of maintenance and repairs on aircraft to ensure airworthiness and compliance with all technical and regulatory standards. You will be responsible for interpreting and applying technical data accurately, performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and supporting the organization’s operational readiness.     • Education & Job Requirements
    • Must have an FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic certification.
    • Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
    • Must have prior aircraft ground handling experience.
    • Must have an acceptable driving record.
    • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
    • Job Duties / Functions
    • You will be performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, minor repairs, troubleshooting, and line maintenance on a variety of mid-sized jets, turbo jets, and propeller-driven aircraft.
    • You will be researching, interpreting, and applying technical data to the task at hand.
    • You will be documenting maintenance activities to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures.
    • You will be participating in required annual recurrent training.
    • You will be supporting a team environment to maintain the highest level of airworthiness and operational efficiency.
    • You will be assisting with aircraft movement, towing, and ground handling as required.
    • Reporting Relationship
    • You will be reporting directly to the Director of Maintenance.
    • Work Environment
    • You will be working in both hangar and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions.
    • You may be exposed to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and moving machinery.
    • Physical Demands
    • You will be required to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
    • You will need to lift and carry up to 35 pounds frequently and occasionally push or pull up to 100 pounds.
    • You will communicate effectively with team members and leadership in person, by phone, and through radio communications.
    • You may work in physically demanding conditions and in all types of weather.
    • Travel
    • Occasional travel may be required for this position.
