• Role Summary
• In this role, you will lead electronic design and analysis for a new program, working with a multi-disciplined engineering team to develop, test, and integrate electronic subsystems and components. You will design hardware, software, and firmware, create test plans, and mentor other engineers.

• Education & Job Requirements
• Must have a Bachelor of Science in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience developing subsystem requirements.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience designing, developing, and integrating complex electronic systems or subsystems.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience with analog and/or digital circuit design, packaging techniques, and/or power systems.
• Must be able to work 100% onsite in Albuquerque, NM.

• Preferred Skills
• You will have experience with high-speed, low-latency electronic design.
• You will have experience with firmware development.

• Job Duties / Functions
• You will develop and document electronic and electrical system requirements.
• You will design hardware, software, firmware, and interface specifications.
• You will develop test plans to validate system designs against operational and functional requirements.
• You will solve problems with fielded hardware and software across the product lifecycle.
• You will research technology advances and assess potential applications.
• You will work with suppliers for board/electronics hardware prototyping and manufacturing.
• You will mentor entry-level and mid-career engineers in electronic design best practices.
