    • Role Summary
    • In this role, you will focus on production stability, implementing lean methodologies, and improving product flow. You will assess processes, perform rate readiness evaluations, and collaborate across manufacturing, engineering, and production support teams.
    • Education & Job Requirements
    • Must have a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field such as finance, business administration, business management, data analytics, supply chain management, or economics.
    • Must have three or more years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or production environments.
    • Must have three or more years of experience defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes.
    • Must be able to work 100% onsite in Portland, OR.
    • Preferred Skills
    • You will have strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
    • You will have three or more years of experience applying Lean Manufacturing principles.
    • You will have experience developing and deploying standard processes.
    • You will be proficient in structured problem solving and Microsoft Office Suite products.
    • Job Duties / Functions
    • You will assess production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
    • You will perform rate readiness evaluations and root cause analysis to resolve production issues.
    • You will collaborate with all manufacturing, engineering, and production-supporting teams to ensure smooth workflow.
    • You will engage with supply chain and fabrication processes to support assembly and installation programs.
    • You will document and deploy standard processes to support continuous improvement initiatives.
