    • Role Summary
    • In this role, you will develop and maintain manufacturing plans, work instructions, and Bills of Materials to support production engineering programs. You will ensure manufacturing processes meet delivery, quality, and regulatory requirements while collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
    • Education & Job Requirements
    • Must have an associate degree or higher and typically three or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., bachelor’s degree plus one year, or five years of related experience).
    • Must have experience developing work instructions and production documentation.
    • Must be able to work 100% onsite in Tukwila, WA, during first shift hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
    • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain any certifications or clearances required by the organization.
    • Preferred Skills
    • You will have experience supporting defense or aerospace production engineering programs.
    • You will have knowledge of MESci Work Instructions or equivalent systems.
    • You will have familiarity with manufacturing processes, tooling design, and production planning.
    • You will have strong analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization skills.
    • Job Duties / Functions
    • You will be developing and maintaining manufacturing plans, work instructions, and Bills of Materials.
    • You will be reviewing and approving supplier data to ensure manufacturing requirements are met.
    • You will be developing tooling requirements and managing tools from initial design through end-of-use.
    • You will be investigating and resolving manufacturing-related issues to support production flow.
    • You will be performing producibility assessments for part and product designs.
    • You will be providing producibility input to design and manufacturing processes to meet cost and schedule goals.
    • You will be drafting, updating, and reviewing processes and procedures to meet regulatory and organizational standards.
