• Role Summary
• In this role, you will perform aircraft electrical maintenance, repairs, and modifications supporting military programs at a maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) facility. You will be part of an MRO organization responsible for performing electrical work on P-8 aircraft and other key military platforms. This position directly supports mission readiness by ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery of maintenance and component overhauls for military and commercial derivative aircraft. You will work in a team environment that values safety, collaboration, innovation, and first-time quality.

• Education & Job Requirements
• Must have a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of related experience (or equivalent education and experience).
• Must have 3–5 years of aviation maintenance experience.
• Must have experience with 737 aircraft or equivalent airframe background.
• Must be able to properly handle fiber, terminate and install wire bundles, and read blueprint schematics.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must have U.S. Citizenship.
• Must be able to meet all physical requirements, including climbing ladders, entering confined spaces, and lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Must obtain and maintain Fall Protection Certification (per OSHA 1926, 191066, 1910 Subpart D).

• Preferred Skills
• You will have prior military or corporate aviation maintenance experience.
• You will have experience working on electrical systems for military or commercial aircraft.
• You will have strong attention to detail and adherence to process documentation and safety protocols.
• You will have effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• You will have demonstrated teamwork and adaptability within an MRO environment.

• Job Duties / Functions
• You will perform aircraft electrical maintenance, repair, and modification tasks in compliance with established processes and safety standards.
• You will install, terminate, and troubleshoot wire bundles and electrical components on P-8 and similar aircraft.
• You will read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation to perform accurate system work.
• You will ensure adherence to FAA, DoD, and company quality standards.
• You will maintain accurate and timely work documentation and comply with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• You will perform work at heights using fall protection equipment as required.
• You will support team objectives and continuous improvement efforts in production quality and efficiency.
• You will contribute to the client's mission of strengthening global security through reliable aircraft maintenance and modification.
