    • Role Summary
    • In this role, you will observe manufacturing build processes, document time standards, and recommend process improvements to enhance production stability. You will work closely with manufacturing, engineering, and production-supporting teams to identify efficiency opportunities and implement lean methodologies. This position provides a hands-on role in driving continuous improvement across Propulsion Systems operations sites in Everett and Kent, WA.
    • Education & Job Requirements
    • Must have a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
    • Must have experience or exposure in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or production environments.
    • Must have experience performing work observations and time studies.
    • Must be able to work 100% onsite in Everett, WA or Kent, WA, and be flexible to support both sites as business needs require.
    • Must be able to crouch, walk, climb stairs, and remain semi-mobile while performing daily duties.
    • Must meet U.S. Person requirements.
    • Preferred Skills
    • You will have effective time management, communication, and organizational skills.
    • You will have 1 or more years of experience with Lean Manufacturing and knowledge of lean principles.
    • You will have experience developing, documenting, and deploying standard processes.
    • You will be a self-starter and collaborative team player.
    • You will have the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional manufacturing and engineering teams.
    • Job Duties / Functions
    • You will observe production build processes and document work steps and time standards.
    • You will identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions using lean methodologies.
    • You will engage with engineering, manufacturing, and production-supporting teams to implement and validate process changes.
    • You will develop, document, and deploy standardized procedures to improve production stability.
    • You will participate in training programs, both on-the-job and classroom-based, as required.
    • You will maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with client standards and procedures.
    • You will be physically active, including walking, crouching, climbing stairs, and semi-mobile tasks throughout the day.
    • You will maintain regular attendance and support team productivity across both Everett and Kent locations as needed.
