Job Description
The Production/Inventory Coordinator B supports continuous production flow by processing and moving materials into and out of storage, production, and other designated areas. This role monitors work in process, communicates part and material status through automated systems and manual reporting, and coordinates with cross-functional teams to prioritize and expedite materials as needed. Working under general supervision, the position ensures proper material management to prevent production delays and maintain operational efficiency.

- Education & Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; vocational or Associate degree preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of forklift experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse or material handling.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking purposes.
- Must meet U.S. Person requirements.

- Job Duties & Functions
- Process and move production materials between storage, production, and work areas.
- Monitor work in process to ensure timely material flow.
- Communicate part and material status using manual and automated reporting systems.
- Identify and resolve part or material discrepancies using established procedures.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to set priorities and avoid schedule delays.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety and quality protocols during orientation and daily operations.
- Physical Requirements & Environment
- Ability to bend, kneel, climb, balance, crawl, and reach overhead as required.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
