    • Role Summary
    • In this role, you will perform composite lay-up, fabrication, assembly, and machine operation tasks as part of the Composite Fabrication Team. You will support production by preparing tooling, setting up machines, operating fabrication equipment, and ensuring compliance with detailed engineering drawings and work instructions.     • Education & Job Requirements
    • Must have a high school diploma or GED.
    • Must have experience in composite fabrication and machine operations.
    • Must be able to read and follow detailed work instructions and engineering drawings.
    • Must be eligible to work as a U.S. Persons.
    • Preferred Skills
    • You will have experience with overhead crane operation.
    • You will have demonstrated the ability to perform detailed composite lay-up and bonding work.
    • You will have familiarity with aerospace composite manufacturing environments.
    • You will have a strong focus on safety, precision, and quality workmanship.
    • Job Duties / Functions
    • You will be performing composite lay-up, fabrication, and assembly tasks.
    • You will be responsible for composite bagging, forming, drilling, and bonding processes.
    • You will be preparing tooling and ensuring proper setup for fabrication operations.
    • You will be setting up and operating composite fabrication machines and related tools.
    • You will be conducting overhead crane operations as needed.
    • You will be maintaining regular and predictable attendance in accordance with Boeing standards.
    • You will be contributing to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
