    • Role Summary
    • In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage top talent across multiple disciplines. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, proactively build candidate pipelines through social media and networking, and promote Bell as an employer of choice. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building, business acumen, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
    • Education & Job Requirements
    • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
    • Must have 5+ years of experience in a strategic sourcing role.
    • Must demonstrate a proven history of leveraging social media tools to build and maintain a talent pipeline.
    • Must have experience sourcing for professional, managerial, executive, and touch labor roles across multiple disciplines.
    • Must have the ability to quickly understand business needs and strategies and effectively articulate position requirements.
    • Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • A successful candidate will have proven relationship-building skills. They will possess a blend of general business, interpersonal skills, and managerial influence, as well as the ability to conduct proactive sourcing strategies to identify and attract the best talent.
    • Job Duties/Functions
    • Work with client-facing senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create a sourcing plan.
    • Educate, excite, and sell candidates on the advantages and opportunities of employment with the Client.
    • Source candidates through a variety of search methods (social media, applicant tracking system, Job boards, networking, employee referrals, internet searches, etc.)
    • Present to, and acts as a liaison with, professional organizations and other workforce sources.
    • Work independently to develop and maintain candidate flow supporting several teams.
