    • Role Summary
    • In this role, you will oversee the maintenance, repair, and release of MH-139 aircraft, ensuring all work meets operational standards. You’ll supervise maintenance teams, inspect aircraft for compliance, manage logbook entries, and support flight operations. This role requires experience with the Exceptional Release process, O-level maintenance, and working variable shifts, including travel for detachments.
    • Education & Job Requirements
    • Education/Experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor's) and typically 6 or more years of related work experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master's +4 years of related work experience, 10 years of related work experience, etc.).
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an aircraft maintenance environment supporting configuration management and release for flight.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in airplane operational and organizational processes in maintenance operations and/or flight operations.
    • Willing to work variable shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
    • Preferred Skills
    • Exceptional Release experience or "Safe for Flight" Certification
    • Experience with military aircraft maintenance
    • MH-139/AW139 Aircraft Systems experience
    • Extensive experience utilizing AFI 21-101 and associated AFIs, OIs, and Command Directives.
    • Subject Matter Expert on 781 Series Aircraft Forms.
    • MH-139/AW139 flight operations experience
    • May be required to work in areas that are noisy, dusty, and dirty. May be exposed to moderate discomforts, such as heat, cold, and wind.
    • Job Duties/Functions
    • Coordinates, plans, organizes, and controls the maintenance, repairs, and release of MH-139 aircraft.
    • Must be able to work rotating shifts and travel for detachments.
    • Incumbent shall supervise and coordinate maintenance efforts on the assigned shift to meet the daily flight schedule.
    • This incumbent must possess a level of experience necessary to inspect all aircraft assigned, certify the Aircraft/Engine.
    • Logbook entries, and coordinate maintenance control responsibilities
    • Must possess O-level experience.
    • Candidate must have experience with the Exceptional Release process.
    • Candidate must have good communication skills, both oral and written.
    • Must be able to prioritize workload to maintain schedules on assigned projects.
    • Inspect the aircraft to certify that all maintenance performed by the team is correct and complete.
