    • Role Summary
    • In this role, you will support mission systems integration by operating and testing airborne or ground-based equipment, developing and executing test procedures, and analyzing data to ensure requirements are met. You’ll work closely with engineers to troubleshoot issues, manage project schedules, and coordinate across teams. This position also includes supporting project management activities such as Earned Value Management, risk tracking, and reporting progress to leadership.
    • Education & Job Requirements
    • Education/Experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g., Associate's or Bachelor's)
    • Typically 2 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g., Master's, 6 years of related work experience, etc.).
    • AWACS/E-7 operator or Ground-based operator or tester (any will do)
    • Project Engineering experience
    • Experience with Earn Value Management, Scheduling tools, budgets, and Risk Management
    • Job Duties/Functions
    • Operates the airborne mission systems equipment in the integration laboratory.
    • Applies systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools to the integration of system requirements
    • Creates test procedures and documents test results to ensure Mission Systems integration requirements are met.
    • Performs data analysis to document evidence of compliance with requirements.
    • Gathers information to support integration project management. Documents deployed processes and tools, and collects metrics.
    • Troubleshoots mission systems integration issues with the hardware and software engineers.
    • Work with engineers to develop a track and execute a schedule
    • Coordinate with other groups for their inputs and status
    • Communicate the status of a project to management
    • Leads project execution and identifies performance metrics
    • Assist with the communication and implementation of Program Integration initiatives
