• Role Summary
• In this role, you will perform composite fabrication, lay-up, bonding, drilling, and assembly tasks while operating and setting up fabrication machinery. You will follow detailed work instructions and engineering drawings to ensure precision and quality, as well as support tooling preparation and overhead crane operations.

• Education & Job Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Typically 1 year or more of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Composite Fabrication experience.
• Machine Operations.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions.
• Ability to read Engineering Drawings.

• Preferred Skills
• Overhead Crane driving

• Job Duties/Functions
• Performs composite fabrication machine set-up, machine operations, and fabrication tasks.
• Performs composite lay-up, fabrication, and assembly tasks.
• Works on articles of moderate complexity using established drawings and requirements.
• Performs composite lay-up, fabrication and assembly tasks.
• Composite bagging and forming.
• Composite drilling and bonding.
• Tooling preparation.
• Machine set up and operation.
• Overhead crane operations.
