    • Role Summary
    • In this role, you will provide on-site and remote aircraft maintenance support as part of a Mobile Response Team. You will troubleshoot, repair, and inspect customer aircraft, perform return-to-service procedures, and assist across multiple disciplines, including avionics, structures, and composites. You will ensure all work is completed in compliance with company, safety, and regulatory standards while supporting both domestic and international operations.
    • Education & Job Requirements
    • Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
    • Must have a valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License.
    • Must have a minimum of 3 years of aircraft maintenance work experience or substantiated equivalent.
    • Must have a minimum of 1 year of Bombardier aircraft model experience.
    • Must own a basic set of hand tools with the ability to demonstrate inventory and control.
    • Must have the ability to effectively and accurately communicate in written and verbal form with customers at all levels.
    • Must have the ability to work unscheduled overtime, weekends, holidays, and non-standard shifts.
    • Must have the ability to work outdoors in seasonal/inclement weather.
    • Must have the ability to travel on short notice (within 2 hours), including extended assignments lasting up to 30 days.
    • Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain insurable status.
    • Must possess a valid passport with the ability to travel internationally.
    • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge.
    • Must have experience with aircraft return-to-service and inspection procedures.
    • Must have the ability to work unsupervised and independently.
    • Job Duties/Functions
    • Will adhere to Client General Work Requirements for factory, shop, and hangar positions.
    • Will comply with environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
    • Will troubleshoot, repair, install, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft.
    • Will perform and document work in accordance with maintenance manuals, regulations, and company standards.
    • Will assist with maintenance tasks across multiple disciplines, including avionics, structures, and composites.
    • Will perform mechanical and electrical removals and installations.
    • Will return aircraft to service at off-site locations.
    • Will conduct monthly audits of the assigned location and service vehicle.
    • Will perform Delegated Inspector (DI) functions as qualified by Quality Assurance.
