• Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
• Work with composite materials like carbon fiber and other advanced materials.
• Preparing surfaces, applying adhesives, and curing bonded assemblies.
• This role requires a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, and adherence to strict quality standards.

• Education and Experience Requirements:
• High school education or general education degree (GED) Required
• Minimum 3 years work-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Required Skills:
• Aviation composites repair, either fixed wing or rotorcraft experience, required.
• Ability to read and interpret blue prints, engineering drawing and technical publications required.
• The ability to understand and follow instructions and the ability to concentrate is required.
• Excellent written, verbal, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Desired Skills:
• Aviation mechanical experience, either fixed wing or rotorcraft experience, desired.
• Familiarity with various pieces of ground support and test equipment desired.
