    • Your Role
    • As the structure mechanic, you’ll collaborate with a dynamic team of skilled technicians and specialists responsible for the mechanical maintenance and repair of various commercial aircraft while maintaining state-of-the-art equipment. Your technical expertise will be instrumental in maintaining the effectiveness and reliability of our customers' Aircraft while remaining in compliance with all FAA policies and regulations. Remove, clean, service, and replace various aircraft components with the use of special tooling and ground support equipment following oral and written instructions such as supervisor’s directives and manuals to complete all routine and non-routine assignments on time.
    • Qualifications and Requirements
    • Must have a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
    • Must have a minimum of three (3) years of recent heavy commercial aircraft maintenance experience (B737, B767, B777, B787, and MD-11)
    • A&P License, Airframe License, or other specialized training preferred
    • Must have own tools
    • Available to work shift work, overtime, and/or holidays on occasion
    • Job Duties and Responsibilities
    • Remove and replace various aircraft components with the use of special tooling following oral and written instructions such as supervisor’s directives and manuals to complete all routine and non-routine assignments in a timely manner
    • Perform the duties of and provide the necessary training for lower skill levels
    • Maintain and store tools in a serviceable condition
    • Adhere to safe maintenance practices and keep a clean work area
    • Successfully complete any courses deemed necessary by the Training Department
    • Perform any work that may be assigned by his or her supervisor
    • Required Skills
    • Knowledge of documentation, task cards
    • Flap peening
    • Split sleeve cold working
    • Repairs: Wing plank, Skin, Door Corner, Beaded doubler; Telescopic duct, Wing spar, Horizontal leading edge; Wing leading edge, Seat Track, Floor beam, and Frame
    • Drills holes in structure and attaches brackets, hinges, braces, and clips
    • Locating, drilling, and installing new panels
    • Must have good oral and written communication skills
