    • Position Responsibility
    • In this role, you will be responsible for removing, inspecting, repairing, and reinstalling aircraft interior components in compliance with regulatory and company standards. This includes seats, panels, flooring, galleys, lavatories, overhead bins, and other cabin features. The ideal candidate has experience in aircraft maintenance, mechanical aptitude, and an ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. A commitment to safety, quality, and efficient operations is essential.
    • Basic Qualifications (Requirements)
    • Must have a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
    • Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of recent Interiors Removal & Installation experience on corporate aircraft
    • Must have recent experience with the ability to break down cabinets, remove hardware, inlay, etc.
    • Must have recent experience with strip finish utilizing heat and scraper
    • Must have recent experience with sanding and prepping raw veneer and hardwood for finish, including touching up defects in veneer
    • Must have recent experience with mix-matching and applying stains and paints on new veneers
    • Must have recent experience with spraying polyester base coats and urethane top coats
    • Must have recent experience with Aircraft touch-up
    • Must have recent experience with the ability to mask and unmask components for the finish process
    • Must be able to demonstrate mechanical aptitude
    • Must be able to interpret and work with blueprints, mechanical engineering drawings, and other documents
    • Must be able to communicate in both written and verbal form on individual and/or aircraft status
    • Must have Basic PC skills
    • Must have own tools
    • Job Duties
    • Fabricate, install, and refurbish aircraft interior equipment and furnishings per work order or customer request
    • Inspect and troubleshoot interior systems for damage or wear, ensuring compliance with airworthiness standards
    • Repair or replace damaged interior parts, including upholstery, panels, and fittings
    • Perform and document all work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required
    • Adhere to the Manufacturer’s General Work Requirements (Factory, Shop, and/or Hanger positions)
    • Comply with environmental health/safety policies/procedures
    • Participate in 5-S activities
    • Assist with additional work on drop-ins and planned maintenance within the facility during slow periods of unplanned work as needed
    • Clean aircraft as required
    • Travel on international assignments if required
    • Assist with maintenance at off-site locations as needed
    • Assist with other maintenance disciplines as needed
    • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize and complete projects on schedule
    • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor
