- Position Responsibilities
- This role ensures orderly production and distribution of products/raw materials by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies where needed, and staging finished products for final distribution.
- Basic Qualifications(Required)
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of SMT Kitting/Operator and Shipping Experience
- Knowledge of Inventory Management Programs (Cogiscan, MyData, SAP)
- Experience with JUKI equipment for storing SMT material
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- A team player
- Prior ESD/Class Zero Training (Preferred)
- Familiar with MyData Software/MyChronic SMD Towers (Preferred)
- Experienced with kitting for flow initiatives with an attention to detail (Example: Replenishing Kanban material racks) (Preferred)
- Job Duties
- Use various computer programs required to perform support-related functions pertaining to stock room inventory including purchased, fabricated, and customer-furnished parts.
- Have a basic understanding of project tooling, raw material issues and receipts, outside vendor processing as well as shipping and receiving responsibilities.
- Be able to interface with both internal and external customers to assist with scheduling, inventory demand, and other inventory-related issues.
- Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials/supplies in stock, recording the location of inventory, and reporting shortages.
- Locates and packs materials for shipping.
- Prepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing products.
- Documents product shipment by recording relevant information.
- Operates forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items in the high bay warehouse or loading docks.
- Keeps inventory, loading areas, and machinery clean.
- Learns and adheres to workplace safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
