    • Position Responsibility
    • The Aircraft Structures Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining, repairing, and modifying aircraft structural components to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance with aviation standards. This position involves working with advanced materials, tools, and techniques in a dynamic environment. It is essential in supporting the operational readiness and safety of the aircraft. Candidates must demonstrate technical expertise, precision, and a strong work ethic.
    • Basic Qualification (Required Skills/Experience)
    • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
    • A minimum of 3 years of recent Structures experience on Corporate aircraft; Example: Bombardier, Citation, Falcon, Gulfstream, Hawker, King Air, and Sabreliner
    • Must have own tools
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, diagrams, and work orders
    • Ability to follow directions and communicate clearly
    • A&P Certification or A Certification preferred
    • Job Duties
    • Maintain, Repair, and Modify corporate aircraft structures and structural components
    • Perform standard sheet metal work; Repair, Fabrication, and Installation of aircraft parts
    • Work with close tolerance dimensions and various types of fasteners using common hand tools, special instruments, and hydraulic/pneumatic tools
    • Perform and Document work per appropriate manuals and regulations
    • Understands and follows all safety procedures and utilizes support equipment in a safe manner
    • Continually keeps clean and organized work area including personal toolbox
    • Works overtime as required
    • Performs other duties as directed
