    • Basic Qualifications(Required Skills/Experience)
    • Level 3 Bachelors of Science Plus 6-10 Years of Experience ORMasters of Science Plus 4-8 Years of Experience
    • Familiarization with the DOD PPBS (Planning, Programming, and Budgeting System).
    • Ensures requirements are properly synthesized into multiple appropriations (procurement, research and development, military construction, military pay, and operation and maintenance) in appropriate amounts and phased over time for successful program execution.
    • Familiarization with the Program Objective Memorandum (POM).
    • Analyzes and synthesizes Component Planning Guidance, USSOCOM Program Budget Guidance, and other program development guidance and reports to prepare and submit time-critical documents and data.
    • Job Duties
    • Identifies and manages internal and external all-source Military Operations, including both analytical and collection requirements from across the Military Operations community.
    • Performs a variety of activities in one or more of the following and/or related areas: interfaces with other offices and agencies to ensure timely and effective completion of tasks, identifies requirements and tasks them to the appropriate collection elements, verifies that responses meet requirements, compiles the daily activities report and distributes, coordinates with the specified LNOs to verify reporting data is accurate and complete.
    • Ensures operational leads are prepared and ready to execute their supported missions.
