• Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
• Put parts kits together for the mechanics as requested
• Maintain inventory and complete regular counts
• Maintain required paperwork at the direction of the Parts Manager.
• Proactively plan for ordering, especially by coordinating with personnel on the shop floor.
• Answer customer questions and assist with quotes as needed.
• Learn all aspects of the Parts Manager job to provide fill in as needed.

• Education and Experience Requirements:
• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Previous service writer experience or parts experience preferred.
• Must be computer literate and able to utilize Microsoft Office products.
• Willingness to learn in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment security screening and pre and post employment drug tests as mandated by federal law.
