#LI- Bilingual HR CoordinatorTemp to HireMonday - Friday / 8:00am - 4:30pm$20.00/hr - Paid Weekly#Employee Engagement• Support with managing new hire and existing employee uniform attire & locker assignment• Assist with employee programs related to benefits, leave of absence, workers compensation employee relations and employee performance• Support with preparing paperwork, and facilitating a smooth new hire on-boarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience• Understands and assists employees with navigating employee self-service sites• Oversees scheduling employee purchase appointments with company retail teams/AP Manager#Talent Management• Handle administrative tasks for on-boarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, ensuring accuracy and compliance• Assist with creating new employee folders and file management• Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies• Supports and ensures I-9 compliance and acts as a liaison with immigration attorneys to provide documentation• Supports with creation and updates to employees profiles#Administration• Responsible for collecting attendance data and reporting out daily and answering main line phone• Support with food vending and other employee amenities• Supports with catering requests for meetings/special events• Supports with some travel requests• Oversees P-Card purchases, reconciliation, and PO management• Collect, analyze and interpret statistical data on associates to compile reports as needed• Handles filing of HR documents into employee files• Supports with HRIS data entry and conducting employee audits• Perform other related duties as assigned#Education / Experience Required.• High school degree or related field of study• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an HR Coordinator or providing administrative support• Bilingual in Spanish, reading and writing is required• Advance Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point.• Experience with HRIS is desired• Knowledge of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws and guidelines
