Job Description

TeamGlobal is searching for a Accounting Associate located in Savannah, GA. This position applies principles of payroll with a primary focus on administrative duties and basic analysis of payroll.     • Essential Job Functions:
    • Provides support to maintain a complete and accurate general ledger.
    • Prepares journal entries and supporting schedules for closing.
    • Reconciles assigned accounts including preparation of appropriate accounting documentation. .
    • Prepares schedules, reports, presentations, etc. for management.
    • Under immediate supervision, follows established procedures to perform tasks that are routine in nature, requiring little evaluation, originality, or ingenuity.
    • Perform routine processing (either automated or manual, as required) of financial transactions. .
    • Responsible for specialized payroll processing such as relocation, FICA adjustments and reimbursed expenses.
    • Required skills:
    • Bachelor's Degree General Business, Accounting or Finance required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
    • Proficient in the use of MS applications, principally Excel is required.
    • Have excellent customer service skills along and be detailed oriented.
