Job Description

TeamGlobal is searching for a System Test Engineer for our clients at Enerdel located in Anderson, IN. This position tests and ensures quality of client’s products and performs advanced testing on new and existing products. Insurance and TG Rewards are available with every position.     • Essential Job Functions:
    • Manage own module and pack test schedules and workflow
    • Design tests for Client’s products
    • Write test scripts for Client’s products
    • Perform tests for Client’s products
    • Analyze test results for Client’s products
    • Document test results for Client’s products in the form of written and oral reports
    • Ensure quality of Client’s products
    • Support ISO 9001 objectives by documenting test procedures and performing failure analyses
    • Initiate and perform 5S activities
    • Ensure uptime of module cyclers, pack cyclers, and environmental chambers
    • Document, understand, and apply test procedures for standard, prototype, and R&D products
    • Keep detailed records of all tests performed
    • Interface with internal groups such as Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality and with external test service providers
    • Perform other duties as assigned
    • Required skills:
    • Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, math, computer science, or related area
    • 3-5 years of experience with electrical testing of products is desirable
    • Intermediate to advanced skills with the: Internet, data entry, spreadsheets, and word processing, specifically with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
    • Ability to design experiments, run experiments, analyze data, and write test reports and summaries
    • Ability to take initiative to design new test procedures
    • Ability to use computers to write or modify test scripts, export data, analyze data, and prepare reports o Ability to work autonomously
    • Ability to work safely with high voltage and low voltage systems
    • Ability to write and execute test scripts
    • Working knowledge with electrical testing and instruments that perform electrical tests
    • Working knowledge of lithium ion batteries
