    • Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities
    • Set up test apparatus, conduct tests of electronic assemblies, units following methods, procedures, standards, sequences
    • Lays out, assemble units for production electronic equipment according to designs and specifications
    • Adjust and calibrate systems as required
    • Correct malfunctions by making adjustments or replacing parts or components as directed
    • Use hand, small power tools, various measuring and testing devices in performing job duties
    • Determine types of tests to be performed, approve, suggest modifications to testing equipment
    • Analyze test results to evaluate performance of products and equipment
    • Assist engineers in design, development of test procedures for new products
    • Recommend product improvements, manufacturing modifications
    • May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures
    • Troubleshoot to the component level, utilize schematic diagrams to isolate failures on Analog and Digital circuitry
    • Requires a strong knowledge of Solid State devices and micro-circuitry
    • Work in a dynamic production environment and is able to produce at a high level in support of customer schedules
    • Use Digital Multi-meters, Oscilloscopes, Network Analyzers, frequency Standards, signal generators, RF Power Meters
    • Education and Experience Requirements
    • Must be a US Citizen with a clear background.
    • High School diploma, or equivalent experience/combined education, with additional specialized technical training equivalent to a technical Associate degree
    • Minimum 1 year of direct experience
    • Proficient in component level troubleshooting of solid state, digital, and RF circuits; testing to the component level of electronic components
    • Radio Frequency troubleshooting experience is required
    • Flying probe/high power test experience
    • Able to use Microsoft Suite and other data collection programs to accurately document maintenance actions
    • Must be willing to work overtime
